HOCO

The boys attended HOCO this year with a bunch of friends. It was a hot day, which made a dance on the football field less than ideal. Jacob’s group bailed early after reporting “tons of people were passing out [from the heat] around us.” Mason’s group stuck it out. Details were light, but it seems it was a fun time for all!

August Bits

{Our annual back to school shopping adventure with my mom took us to Oak Brook this year. I think the kids found everything they wanted and more! Bonus: we were able to eat at Maggianos with limited complaints from the kids and their picky pallets…}

{Caleb and I scored tickets to the Colbert show when he was live in Chicago, so we booked a quick overnight in the city to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed spending the evening with like-minded people!}
