Closer to a Resolution?
So my mom--who thinks she can change the world--sent an email to Kohl's after I shared my gripes with her. And, would you know, they got back to her. An actual personal email--not one of those "your satisfaction is important to us" blah, blah, blah automatically generated notes--arrived in her inbox today. We were both shocked when somebody of higher power said that they planned to contact that exact store and speak to the people who matter to discuss my dissatisfaction. Maybe you can change the world, Mom, starting with the Bolingbrook Kohl's! In a world where customer service is a lost art, I am happy to know that somebody somewhere does care. It's just too bad that we have to go searching for that somebody...
