I'm a total dork then cause I loved my white canvas shoes! We used to decorate the shoelaces with different beads to coordinate with school colors and our outfits. Actually, now that I say that, yeah...maybe not so cool :)

Ohmygosh! I totally remember those in Junior High. Plus we were so awesome we used to paint 'em with puff paint... ugh I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. LOL =)
Yes! Puffy Paint! Thank you very much for confirming that I was not the only person who did that! I actually had a picture of me wearing my painted shoes but my hair and eye glasses were way too big for the post...
It is pretty amazing how our sense of aesthetics changes. When you look at old pictures, remember that you felt you looked really fine! It makes you question what you think it awesome now. . .
