Gettin' Better All the Time

Since our last post, Jacob has made huge leaps. He is becoming a pro at bottle feeding (we hope they will take his supplementary feeding tube out within the next couple of days), and he has become quite a "boob guy." Yep, Jacob has learned how to breastfeed and is doing a phenomenal job--our nurse said that he is the most advanced boob-drinking preemie she has ever seen, so hats off to Jacob! I spent the entire day with him today, and, though I was sad to leave, I can't wait to see him in the morning to get an update on all of his overnight progress. I didn't take any pictures of the little guy today, but this blog just wouldn't be worth reading without a picture, so enjoy! I took this picture of Jacob resting in the palm of Caleb's hand last night. He is literally a little guy!
